The following forms are to apply for your part-time undergraduate finance, as a new or continuing tuition fee and living cost student. This includes Tuition Fee Loan, Tuition Fee Grant and Course Grant.

UK Passport Details Form 2025 to 2026
If you have a UK passport but you did not include your passport details in your application, you’ll need to send a UK Passport Details Form. Do not send your passport to us.
If you have a ROI passport (but do not have a UK passport) you will need to send it to us.
